My next pattern combination started with a new 2 inch by 2 inch blank file. I filled it with my Pattern 81. See my first image below. I then filled in the blue part (Paint Bucket Tool with 'Contiguous' unchecked) with my Pattern 18. I then changed the colors to what you see below in my second image. The third image shows the pattern repeat.
