Continuing on with my second year of
weekly art, I made a little piece for my daughter to add to her room at the
sorority house. The room is painted
light green, and her decorations are in black and white. She asked me to do a picture of a black and
white bird with a light green background.
She picked out the bird picture she wanted me to use and the brocade
pattern. I did the piece using the same
techniques I created for my bird series which I described to you earlier. This one is still one of my favorites, and my
daughter has it on her wall.
