For my next butterfly piece I used an
old floral quilt top for the bottom layer.
I took a photo of the quilt top and opened it in Photoshop Elements. I also added some stencil designs and a
butterfly to my layered composition. I
printed the butterfly to fabric, and I built the layout with the original quilt
top adding pens and paints. The first
picture below shows my computer design, and the second picture is the stitched
piece.
