For this pattern combination I started with the same 2 inch by 2 inch file, and this time I filled it with my Pattern 86. I then filled in the blue part (Paint Bucket Tool with 'Contiguous' unchecked) with my Pattern 12. Afterward, I changed the colors to what you see below in my first image. The second image shows the pattern repeat.
